Two welcomed additions to our Property, Asset and Facilities Management Division

Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney is delighted to announce we have two new additions in our Property & Asset Management team; one of which, Elizabeth Duncan, is a returning employee having worked for the Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney team from 2010-2013.

We welcome Elizabeth back as an Associate Director where she oversees the Property & Asset Management team, provides support to our clients, suppliers and contractors, manages the arrears policy across all portfolio’s and handles lease renewals/reviews. In addition, Elizabeth provides strategic planning and delivery for the division and supervises the transition management of the Badgerys Creek airport as Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney are managing all residential, commercial and agricultural tenancies.

Agatha Alexanian, joins us as a Commercial Property Manager having spent the last year in London where she worked in the property industry; Agatha has over 5 years’ experience specifically in property management. As a Commercial Property Manager at Preston Rowe Paterson, Agatha deals with the day to day management of mixed portfolio’s, corresponds with clients and tenants, manages arrears; and handles repairs and maintenance issues.

Both Elizabeth and Agatha will receive comprehensive training in Yardi – our property management software; Yardi is a valuable asset to the division with its extensive capabilities and functions. For more information on Yardi please visit our Yardi related posts.
