In May 2024 Preston Rowe Paterson proudly launched our latest technology innovation, Konfushious AI Co-Pilot.

Our latest innovation is a brand new concept developed by Preston Rowe Paterson – International Valuers and Consultants.

Innovation Awards
Preston Rowe Paterson have been recognised by both of Australia’s leading property professional bodies for their Innovation.
In 2020, PRP were the proud winners of the (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveryors) ‘Innovation’ Award for our Occupant Assisted Inspection App in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and finalists in the API (Australian Property Institute) ‘Innovaton in Property’ award.
2021 saw PRP become a finalist in the RICS ‘Innovation’ Award again for Speak-Val™.
The Konfushious AI Co-Pilot project was announced as a finalist in the 2024 Australian Property Institute- Excellence in Property Awards in the Innovation category in August 2024

PRP Assist
In 2021, Preston Rowe Paterson released an exclusive Occupant Assisted Inspection Application called ‘PRP Assist’.
This application links directly to our internal valuation system called ‘PRP Online’ and assists us in conducting valuation assessments where physical inspections are not possible due to COVID-19.
The application allows the occupants of the subject property to answer a series of questions related to the internal and external make-up of their property and submit accompanying photographs through the PRP Assist portal. Once the occupant has submitted the data, it is then sent directly to PRP Online for our valuers to complete their valuation reports. The PRP Assist process complies with the API’s declared time of crisis and/or state of emergency valuation protocol guidelines.

ISO 27001 Certification
Preston Rowe Paterson has been awarded a ISO 27001 certification. Recognised as the international standard for best practices in information security management systems (ISMS), ISO 27001 certification clearly demonstrates PRP’s commitment to providing their customers with the highest level of information security management.
The ISO 27001 certification recognises PRP’s impeccable security standards and continues to reassure to our customers, shareholders and business partners that we prioritise protection of their data.
ISO 27001 is a stringent international standard published jointly by the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electro Technical Commission (IEC). ISO 27001 mandates controls to establish, maintain, certify and ensure continual improvement of an ISMS. Certified organisations have established protocols to protect information assets from any cyber threats such as criminal activity, fraud, user errors and external parties.
