“Whilst the valuation profession hasn’t evolved much in the past 30 years, we certainly have! Preston Rowe Paterson thinks outside the box and utilise technologies and thought leadership to innovate”
Preston Rowe Paterson prides itself on providing innovative solutions to our clients.
Doing things “the same old way” stifles innovation and we have worked with many clients to provide tailor made solutions to assist in their property decision making.
Our PRP Online software system is constantly evolving and being innovated to allow our team to not only gain efficiencies consistency, but to harness the power of data when we assist our clients.
Our latest innovation is a brand new concept developed by Preston Rowe Paterson – International Valuers and Consultants.
We call it Speak-Val™.
Speak-Val™ allows you hear key findings, warnings and alerts about a property directly from the valuer in an innovative 2-3 minute video presentation that you can view or listen to at your convenience.
In 2020 Preston Rowe Paterson was recognised by both of Australia’s leading property professional bodies for innovation.
We are proud winners of the RICS Innovation Award for our Occupant Assisted Inspection App in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and finalists in the API Innovation in Property Award.
