PRP continues Asia Focus – This time in Japan
Australian and New Zealand property valuers, Preston Rowe Paterson (PRP) have announced the signing of another key strategic partnership agreement, this time with Japan’s largest privatised valuation business, Daiwa Real Estate Appraisal Co.
Preston Rowe Paterson’s CEO and International Director, Greg Sugars said “Coming only a couple of months after putting similar arrangements in place in mainland China, our new partnership with Daiwa in Japan, reiterates our belief that the Asia is fast becoming one of the key players in an increasingly globalised market.”
“The JREITS and individual property investors from Japan have seen the relatively attractive yields available abroad in comparison to what has been a rather unspectacular domestic market,” continued Sugars. “We also have an increasing number of Australians looking at property in Japan and these new arrangement will allow for ease of cross referral of work as well as joint research opportunities”
Daiwa Real Estate Appraisal, which has its Head Office is in Tokyo, operates from 8 locations around Japan and employs some 250 valuers, architects and engineers.
