We have settled into our new offices at level 14, 347 Kent St within the Sydney CBD having moved during November 2014. Equipped with a 4 and a half star NABERS energy rating the new offices ensure we continue to strive for environmental sustainability within our working environment.
Occupying a whole level, the Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney office has stunning views over Darling Harbour and the mountains, multiple meeting rooms plus a larger board room, open plan office spaces, plenty of natural light, large work stations, a printing/copying/stationary and scanning hub; and a spacious kitchen and communal room.
We are becoming more and more familiar with the many ‘greener’ aspects of our new office, which unlike our previous office, comprise of:
- Automatic lights that turn on/off when you enter or exit a room;
- Energy efficient appliance ratings; and
- Reverse ducted air conditioning.
We value sustainability and hope to continue in adding more environmentally conscious attributes to the Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney workspace throughout the year.
