The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a RPV or CPV Valuer to join the residential team based in our Leederville office. This role suits a valuer who brings strong technical expertise and a proactive mindset to a collaborative, professional team.
This role will give you the opportunity to expand your capabilities beyond short form property pro finance valuations and into different asset classes and purposes of valuation.
With a diverse workflow and strong administrative support, you’ll have the freedom to focus on efficient valuation work, build your skills, and maximise your fee potential.

About You:
We’re seeking a motivated professional with:
- Current RPV or CPV accreditation
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience as a licensed valuer
- A strong client focus and commitment to quality work
- Willingness to contribute their knowledge to the team whilst expanding their own capabilities at the same time
