Wunman Njinde (Hello)! Preston Rowe Paterson Gippsland office, would like to acknowledge the Gunaikurnai People of the Kulin Nation, who are the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and provide our services on. We pay our respects to all Elders past, and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ ongoing connection to culture, land, air, waterways and seas.
The region of Gippsland in Victoria is renowned for its primary production such as mining, power generation and farming. Since 2004 when the PRP Gippsland office was established, we have been involved with various compulsory acquisition cases involving the desalination plant and highway widening initiatives. Furthermore, we have provided countless rural, commercial and residential valuations for finance, family law and insurance purposes.
Located in the growing township of Leongatha, within the Shire of South Gippsland, the Gippsland office provides property valuation and consultancy services across a number of shires including Bass Coast, South Gippsland, Latrobe, Baw Baw, Wellington and Cardinia.
All valuers are members of the Australian Property Institute and are engaged in the Gippsland Valuers Discussion Group. The local directors have strong links with the local community, having grown up and attended school in the local area and are proud sponsors of the Toora Football Club.
